The rug is really easy to put on and take off. It doesn’t have loads of buckles and straps like some fly rugs do. I always have trouble with fly rugs sliding sideways when he rolls (which he does a lot!) however the Weatherbeeta ComFiTec 600D/Mesh Fly Rug sits really nicely and doesn’t slide. It’s a practical design for those days where it is muggy and there are lots of flies about but there’s also a chance of rain. It’s a bit thick for the really hot summer days, but my horse has been comfortable and cool underneath it when it has been up to about 25 degrees. The 6’3″ comes up slightly big on my horse who wears a 6’3″ for everything so I’d suggest going for a smaller size if you are unsure. It’s good value for money within the market, as it is really good quality and feels like it will last. I have only had it for 2 weeks of use so far but it still looks like new.
