The Ariat Women's Heritage Contour II Field Zip Boots are beautifully crafted riding boots, constructed in premium full grain leather with a full leather lining and a moisture wicking sock lining for all day comfort. Ideal for all disciplines, these boots feature Ariat's 4LR technology, consisting of a comfort insole, lightweight shank for stability and a Duratread outsole with traction zones designed specifically for riding. The elasticised panel running down the outer side of the full length rear zip, along with the elastic gusset on the inside knee, provide greater freedom of movement, whilst the contoured fit through the ankle ensure they maintain their slim profile design. These quality boots have been finished with elasticised laces for ease of wear and an antiqued branded Ariat badge to the top of the leg.

What are Ariat Heel Lifts?
When new tall boots are first fitted they should fit snugly around the leg and a little tall to allow for half an inch drop. This Ariat Heel Lift can be used to adjust the height of the boots, which may make them more comfortable until they drop. They can be used temporarily or left in the boots.
How do I use Ariat Heel Lifts?
Place your finger in the inside arch of the footbed to lift the back up, then place the heel lift flush to the heel of the boot, with the thickest end to the back of the boot. Place the footbed back down on top of the heel lift.

Any orders placed from the 1st November to 24th of December 2018 will qualify for an extended exchange policy. All products for exchange must be received back with us by the 15th January 2019. Products returned outside of the standard 14 day return policy can only be exchanged for another product and no refunds will be issued.
Customers may return any item within 14 working days for a full refund or exchange providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition, in the original packaging and with original labels still attached where applicable.
All returned packages must include a completed Equine Superstore Returns Form.
Returns labels must NOT be stuck to the product packaging (eg boot boxes) and should be secured to suitable outer packaging that protects the product packaging.
Equine Superstore reserve the right to refuse returns or make a partial refund at our discretion if items are not returned and received in an entirely re-saleable condition. Please note that if items are not considered to be in a resalable condition then a re-stocking fee may be charged.
If an item arrives damaged, the customer must report the damage to Equine Superstore within 7 working days of receipt of the item. We regret that we may not be able to offer a full refund if the damage is not reported within this time.
If the incorrect item is received, this also must be reported within 7 working days of receipt of the item.
If an item is faulty, the customer must report the fault to Equine Superstore immediately. All goods are subject to the manufacturer's guarantee and in some circumstances, it may be more beneficial to deal with and send goods back direct to the manufacturer. Equine Superstore will advise the customer if this is the best course of action. We recommend that items are sent back using a tracked courier method especially for items with a value of £50 or more. Our returns label system provides this service for only £5. Faulty items cannot be replaced until the manufacturer has agreed to a replacement, please allow up to 30 days for this to be processed. If no fault is found with the item, a service and postage charge may be applicable.
Please allow at least 7 working days for returns to be processed from receipt at Equine Superstore. Please allow a further 3-5 working days for funds to arrive in your account where a refund is approved.

We have set prices online to ship to European and international locations. Please note these prices are not based on the weight of your parcel therefore if you would like to contact our team directly for a quote then we would be happy to take your order over the phone. In some cases, your order may incur a surcharge due to being oversize or overweight, if this should happen we will be in contact as soon as possible. If you do not wish to pay the surcharge, your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded in full.

We may be able to deliver to other countries but cannot guarantee this as it may not be included in our contract with our couriers. Can I collect my order?
