Customer Service Executive

We are currently looking to recruit two customer service executives to work split shifts Monday-Friday. If you have a passion for customer service, knowledge of the equestrian world and a results driven attitude we would love to hear from you!

Basic Salary: £16-£17k DOE (Prorata, based on 40 hours) 

Contracted Hours : 10am-3pm OR 11am - 4pm, Monday-Friday (25 hours per role)

Reporting to: Customer Service Manager  

Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring impeccable levels of customer service is provided daily to our growing customer base. As a member of the busy Customer Services team you will be dealing with customer enquiries relating to their products, deliveries or orders. You will have the opportunity to assist customers looking for the perfect horse rug, pair of boots or dog coat. 

You will be hard working, ambitious and eager to improve within your role, An excellent telephone manner and ability to multi task is an essential requirement for this role. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for first line customer service of our customer base. 
  • Accountable for taking full ownership of customer issues and managing through to completion. 
  • Management of multiple customer activity 
  • Adhering to Service level agreements, including logging calls & requests via our internal CMS 
  • Ensure that calls are answered promptly and outcomes agreed with customer within the agreed timescales 
  • Communicate products issues with the product team 
  • Take advantage of any potential upselling opportunities
