When a turnout is flapping around in the wind it’s no fun for your horse. Not only can it be uncomfortable, but it lets the cold and the wind into an otherwise warm rug. A handy fillet string that clips onto either side of the rug at the back is a great way to prevent this from happening. The cord string is covered in a soft plastic which is great for easy cleaning!
