How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item then please go to the returns section of our website or you can access it by clicking on ‘Returns’ in the top right-hand corner of the website. Please note that all returns must be accompanied with an Equine Superstore returns form. You can print our returns form by clicking here, or alternatively, it is available to download on our returns page. Please ensure that you include the reason for return and the response that you would like from us.
Can I exchange?
If you wish to exchange an item then please download our returns form as detailed above. Please ensure that the item is returned to us in a re-sellable condition, in the original packaging and with the original product labels still attached where applicable. Equine Superstore reserves the right to refuse returns or to make a partial refund at our discretion if items are not returned in an entirely re-sellable condition. Please note that if items are not considered to be in a resalable condition then a re-stocking fee may be charged.
Have you got it back?
We highly recommend returning items to us via a tracked courier for your own peace of mind and to enable you to track each stage of the order. This is especially important if the total value of the order is £50 or more. We don't currently notify you on the return of your purchase however we are working hard to do this in the near future. If you wish to confirm that we have received your order then please send an email to our returns team on - [email protected].
How long will my return take to process?
Please allow 7-14 working days for returns to be processed from receipt at Equine Superstore. Please allow a further 3-5 working days for funds to be deposited into your account in cases where a refund is approved.
Who pays the postage?
Please note that you are responsible for paying the return postage; unless you are in possession of a faulty item which is deemed to be faulty upon return. If this is the case then we will refund your postage in full.
