We also take fraud very seriously, do not worry, all payments by credit or debit card are subject to validation from both us and by your card issuer.
How do I use my PROMO code
In order to redeem a promo code all you need to do is enter the promo code in the ‘Discount Box’ when you review your order as part of the checkout process. After you have entered the Promo code, click on apply coupon and your discount will be applied to your order. Please note that you must click on apply coupon otherwise the discount will be not be applied and unfortunately the discount code cannot be applied after the order has been placed.
When will I be charged?
If you card is authorised, then payment will be taken immediately and you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that you order has been successful. If we are unable to authorize your card then payment will not be taken, and we will send you an email informing you that your card issuer was unable to confirm payment.
How do I use my gift vouchers to pay for an order?
If someone has treated you to a gift voucher, then lucky you! If you wish to use a gift voucher to pay for an order then all you need to do is follow the same steps as using a Promo code. If you have more than one gift voucher then please call to place you order on 01342 710624.
How do I use PayPal to pay for my order?
If you wish to pay with PayPal, then you will need to create a PayPal account on the PayPal website. Once you have set up your account then you are able to pay for your orders on Equine Superstore using PayPal. Many people actually prefer to use PayPal online as this is considered to be the most secure way of sending and receiving money. As part of the checkout procedure you will be prompted to select and enter your payment information. All you need to do is select PayPal as your method of payment; you will then be redirected to the PayPal website where you are required to login to your account and complete payment.
What can I do if payment for my order is declined?
If your payment is declined then please do not worry. If for some reason your payment is declined, please send an email to [email protected] and we will try and sort the issue as soon as we can.
