How do I place an order?
If you would like to place an order then it is really easy. All you need to do is select your desired product colour, size or feature and then click ‘Add to Basket’. If you wish, it is then possible to browse other items and add further items to your basket. Once you have selected all of the products that you would like to purchase, please click on ‘Go to checkout’ in the top right-hand corner.
You will then be offered the chance to review your order. On this page you will be presented with the product(s) which you have chosen to purchase, the individual price of each product, the quantity and the subtotal, as well as the tax and grand total of your order. If everything is to your satisfaction, then please click ‘Next’.
There is then the possibility to register as a member of Equine Superstore or to continue to proceed as a guest. We highly recommend registering as a member in order to save yourself time in the future and to make your shopping experience more convenient. This also allows you to access your order history and the opportunity to view your current order status.
You will then be presented with shipping information and the chance to choose your shipping method. You can click here if you would like to read more information on shipping now. Finally you will be prompted to enter your payment details and review your order.
How do I amend or cancel an order?
If for some reason you would like to amend or cancel an order, no problem. Please contact our friendly customer service team within 7 days of purchase on [email protected] and they will make sure that everything is taken care of within 24 hours.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
In the unlikely event that you should receive a faulty item as part of your order then please do not worry, we will quickly resolve the problem. It is essential that you report the fault immediately to Equine Superstore by simply emailing [email protected] with your order number, the product name and in what way the product is faulty. All goods are subject to the manufacturer’s guarantee and in some circumstances, it may be more beneficial to deal with and send goods back to the manufacturer directly. We will advise you if this is the best course of action to take. Please note that faulty items cannot be replaced until the manufacturer has agreed to replace the product, please allow up to 31 days for this to be processed.
What do I do if I am missing an item from my order?
Here at Equine Superstore we pride ourselves on providing you the customer with exceptional customer-service both during the processing of your order and during after sales care. While we endeavour to ensure that every item is included in your order, unfortunately as we are human, mistakes do occur upon rare occasions. Please do not worry though, simply send an email to [email protected] and we will get back to you within 24 hours and make sure that the missing item is on its way to you as soon as possible.
