Free Delivery - UK Mainland

If you spend £65 or more, we offer a fantastic FREE delivery service. (Your delivery address must be based in UK mainland to qualify for free delivery, this excludes UK Islands, Scottish Highlands  and Channel Islands). Orders sent on a Free Delivery service will arrive within 10 working days.

Standard Delivery - UK Mainland

Using our Standard Delivery service, your order should be with you within 3-4 working days from placing your order (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

Next Day Delivery - UK Mainland

We will dispatch your order the same day if you place your order before 2pm (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Next day orders must be placed before 2pm to guarantee this service and the delivery address must be UK mainland. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday only so if an order is placed after 2pm on a Thursday it will be delivered the following Monday.

European Delivery

We do have set prices online to ship to European and international locations. Please note these prices are not based on the weight of your parcel therefore if you would like to contact our team directly for a quote then we would be happy to take your order over the phone. In some cases your order may incur a surcharge due to being oversize or overweight, if this should happen we will be in contact as soon as possible. If you do not wish to pay the surcharge, your order will be cancelled and your payment refunded in full.

Rest of the World

We may be able to deliver to other countries but cannot guarantee this as it may not be included in our contract with our couriers. If you would like a delivery quote for an order to be sent to a country that is not included in the above list please contact us by email including your full address and the items you require so we can provide a quote.

VAT Exemption

Orders delivered to countries outside of the EU will have VAT deducted at the checkout once the full delivery address has been entered. For Channel Islands, please ensure you choose Jersey or Guernsey and not United Kingdom in the country field. Please note - VAT will not be deducted from delivery cost.

When do you dispatch?

We aim to dispatch all items with an ‘In stock’ status on the day of purchase if placed before 2pm. If your item has a status of ‘Available within 10 days’ this item will be on order with our trusted suppliers and will be shipped as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.  Learn more about stock status’

If your item is on special order from a supplier then we will be in contact to let you know if this incurs any delay in your prefered delivery chosen during original purchase.

Orders will not be dispatched during weekends or public holidays.

Who will my order be delivered by? And how can I track it?

We use Parcel Force for all our deliveries, who provide a quick and reliable service. If you are not in when delivery is attempted Parcel Force will retry and if you are still not in they will deliver to your nearest Royal Mail Depot making it convenient for you to collect whenever suits you.

Once your order has left our warehouse we will send you a confirmation email which contains your tracking number to follow your parcels progress. After your parcel has been collected by Parcel Force and arrived at the sorting depot you will also receive a tracking email from Parcel Force with further tracking information.

If you do not receive a tracking email you can simply log into your account to see the status of your order and retrieve your tracking number if your order has been sent.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, if you are local to us then you are able to collect from our warehouse in Sayers Common for free, just select ‘collection’ when selecting your delivery option at checkout. Once your order is picked and ready we will call you to let you know it is ready for collection. On collection please bring your order number, and proof of identity, so our warehouse staff can quickly locate your parcel when you arrive. Please note that we no longer have a shop so orders must be placed and paid for before visiting the warehouse.
