What is the Horseware Turnout Trade-In?
Horseware are giving you an amazing opportunity to help a horse in need, whilst getting a discount on a brand new turnout! We will donate every old turnout collected to a horse charity for use on one of their horses in need, so it’s a win-win!
The turnout you send us for trade-in needs to be in a usable condition, which means clean, free of rips/tears, with working fastenings. It doesn’t need to be a Horseware turnout, we will accept rugs of any brand.
How does it work?
To claim your trade-in voucher you’ll need to visit https://tti.horseware.com/voucher or click on the button below, where you’ll be asked to give some details about yourself and the rug you’re trading in.
Once you’ve filled your details in, a voucher code will be displayed on your screen, which can be printed straight away, or accessed for use later through the email confirmation you will receive.
Then, once you’ve got your voucher, simply clean your old turnout and send it to us, along with your unique voucher, to redeem £50 off the RRP of a new Rambo turnout of your choice! It does need to be a turnout that we sell on our site. You can see our full range of Rambo Turnouts here >
Where do I send my old rug?
Please include your contact details and the details of the new Rambo turnout you would like to purchase, and send them along with your voucher and old turnout to;

Once we have received your old turnout and voucher we will contact you to arrange payment for the new Rambo rug of your choice, minus your discount, so please be sure to include your contact details inside the package.
Terms and Conditions:
The offer only applies to the Horseware Rambo Turnout range. It does not apply to any other products in the Horseware Ireland range.
This offer is only valid to Rambo Turnouts purchased from a participating retailer between October 1st, 2018 to November 16th, 2018. Vouchers presented to participating retailers outside of this period will not be redeemed.
Vouchers are limited to one per customer. The vouchers may not be used in conjunction with another voucher or any other offer.
Vouchers can only be applied against the purchase price of a Rambo Turnout sold at participating retailers. Details of participating retailers are available on the Horseware Ireland website.
The vouchers are non-transferable, have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
To avail of this offer, customers must present a voucher along with a used and cleaned turnout, of any brand, to a participating retailer.
Turnouts submitted for trade-in are subject to the acceptance of participating retailers, who have the ultimate discretion as to whether to accept a turnout and to redeem a voucher. Horseware Ireland is no way responsible for the actions of the participating retailers.
By handing in a turnout for the purpose of availing of this offer, customers represent and warrant that they are the owner of the turnout and have the legal right to sell the items, that the items are not counterfeit or stolen, and that the items are free from any liens or claims by third parties.
Horseware Ireland reserves the right to contact customers directly for validation purposes once a voucher is redeemed.
By downloading a voucher, customers consent to being contacted by Horseware Ireland in relation to promotions, special offers and discounts regarding Horseware Ireland products.
